On May 30,2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Logos Yen Phong IIA project was officially held in Hoa Tien Commune, Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province. This significant event was organized by LOGOS Property and related parties.

The Logos Yen Phong IIA project is set to become a complex of high-quality warehouses, factories, and offices available for lease, spanning an impressive Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of approximately 139,900 square meters. This development aims to attract secondary investors from various high-tech and industrial sectors, including electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, supporting industries, new materials, and equipment manufacturing.

One of the standout features of this project is its adherence to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold criteria. This demonstrates the commitment of Logos Vietnam BN 2 to sustainable development by utilizing environmentally friendly materials and implementing efficient, smooth-running operations.
